Terms & Conditions:
- Interiors & Landscape services not included in the above design fees quoted.
- Any changes from the drawings submitted should be bought into architects notice before starting the work as per site conditions.
- Project completion date and detail estimate will be given by the contractor to the client and in turn will check the same if required.
- Material suggestion will be given by architect; but will not be responsible for material long lasting quality etc.
- Any discrepancy should be handled by contractor.
- Note – Additional Requirements
1.Survey marking drawing of the site as per actuals – Rs.5000 – 7000 INR
2.Soil report to check structural stability – Rs.10000 – 12000 INR
3.Sanction plan with approval from panchayat – (Depends on the local authorities as per the layout plan deviations etc
