About THE Company
- PROP ARCHITECT, a Timeless Architecture and Interior Design firm based in Bangalore India, the timeless design is based on shapes, form, surface textures, layouts, fixtures and technology, choice of materials, craftsmanship, finish and the overall aesthetic.
- The Company was established by Deepa S Bhat in 2013 from DIYAS TO DESIGN2KONNECT & Now PROP ARCHITECT is ready to explore luxury designs yet sustainable ,created various design types – into Residential, Hospitality , Resorts , Hotels .
- The Architect with a distinct style of tropical residential architecture using local materials and concepts, but reinterprets it with a unique and contemporary design sensibility.
our firm’s interest is in global/local trends of fashion, lifestyle and the design is reflected in varied resort, restaurants and residences across Bangalore. - Our clients range from individual home owners to companies such as Temple tree leisure , ocean pearl & spa, Hebron, Prestige & Ozone group to educational institutions like BRS, Velammal.
- we develop new story to each individual with designs that are open, interactive, while we work on the different styles – we are drawing inspiration from the traditional and vernacular styles with local material. our design style is more of contemporary and the spaces created are more connected to nature, light, greens that are more peaceful and soothing.
About THE Founder
- Deepa S Bhat studied architecture at SIT Tumkur and practiced in different organizations like IDIOM, TEAM 2, KGD & DSP in a tenure of around 10 yrs. The passion towards design made her work towards the interest in creating the possibilities in design industry .She has worked on township projects like Huawei, Adani and gained the expertise of working on a large-scale project.
- she Follows the famous Architect BV DOSHI – sayings – That architecture should be “for the people, by the people, and of the people.”
- She has found her specialty in creating more of natural Indian traditional architecture designs incorporated in resorts, destination wedding venues, residential villas and institutions. The Space is very magical for her “she says that it should be always connected with nature and light”, as she tries to give life for the same by creating the relationship between indoor and outdoor. Her each projects have a unique design proposition which has a story to it that connects to every level individual using the language of landscape and built form.
- Her designs are simple, elegant were the spaces itself create the form and which is free flowing considering safety aspects, and they are both contemporary and sustainable. Her designs convey the expressions that is rare & Timeless, the goal is to create more Masterpiece designs that finds the purpose to the individuals by itself as a way towards transformation.
- She continues to work and create more designs by making mistake, taking risks and having fun!!!!!
