Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At PROP ARCHITECT, we are committed to delivering high-quality architecture, interior design, and construction services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our professional services.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

2. Nature of Our Services

PROP ARCHITECT provides customized professional design and consultancy services, including:

  • Architectural Design
  • Interior Design & 3D Visualization
  • Construction Planning & Execution
  • Design Consultation & Site Evaluation

As these services are custom-created for each client’s project, refunds are handled differently than for physical products.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a payment was made more than once due to technical error, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after verification.
  • Service Not Initiated: If the project has not yet commenced and the client requests cancellation in writing within 48 hours of payment, a partial refund (up to 80%) may be considered after deducting administrative or processing charges.
  • Non-Delivery Due to Team Error: In rare cases where PROP ARCHITECT fails to initiate the agreed-upon service due to internal oversight, a full refund will be processed within 10–15 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If design work, drawings, or consultancy has already begun.
  • If the client changes project scope or requirements after work initiation.
  • For delays caused by incomplete information, late approvals, or client-side communication gaps.
  • For dissatisfaction with creative style (as design is subjective), though revisions will be accommodated as per the service agreement.
  • For third-party payments such as government fees, permits, vendor advances, or printing costs.

5. Project Revisions and Adjustments

Instead of refunds, PROP ARCHITECT will strive to ensure client satisfaction through:

  • Reasonable revisions within agreed project scope.
  • Transparent communication regarding timelines, deliverables, and expectations.

6. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, please submit a written request to:

  • Full Name
  • Transaction ID / Payment Proof
  • Project Name / Invoice Reference
  • Reason for Refund

Once reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–15 business days.
